How To Use
It is advised not to eat, drink or smoke for 5 minutes before and after using the Oil.
- Stand in front of a mirror, so you can see under your tongue.
- Drop the required amount under your tongue and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
- After 1-2 minutes swallow any remaining oil.
